DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Fytofarm.gr provides full services for the
acquisition of its products. Services include online purchase, e-mail,
telephone, confirmation of your purchase, choice of payment terms, correct
packaging, safe delivery to your place and receipt or invoice.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
From fytofarm.gr you will receive an update that
will confirm your order, within 1 day of its electronic registration and only
then, the order becomes binding. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW
We may store, use or disclose your personal data
if we deem it necessary to comply with applicable law or an ongoing legal
process, or to protect the life of an individual, as well as to ensure its
integrity. our service against misuse, such as the dissemination of defamatory,
inappropriate or unwanted content. We can also do the same to deal with fraud
cases.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Shipping charges.
The final cost depends on the destination
(inaccessible locations, remote islands, places outside Greece), the volume and
weight of the order. In any case, the customer is informed of the total charge
before completing his order. All shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The customers of fytofarm.gr can choose from the
following payment options of their orders:

For days and hours of delivery, the hours and days
of operation of the transport company that has undertaken the transport of our
products are valid. The above days and hours do not apply to periods that
affect transportation such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemics,

Delivery time
Delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days after
receiving the order. The above delivery time does not apply to periods affected
by transport such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, etc.
For products of great objective value, the
delivery time is set after telephone communication
Pesticides as a dosage over one acre co. Due to
prescription the buyer at the same time with his order must declare the details
spray permit. Otherwise the product will not be shipped
Delivery Delay.
Delivery of products may be delayed if:
• The product is not in our warehouse and is
delayed to be sent by our supplier
• The product you ordered has already been removed
and is not available due to a sudden and unannounced announcement by the
supplier about the removal of this product.
• In any event that is out of our control
In case of delay we will contact you. You will
have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and we will refund any
money you have paid.

PRODUCT CHANGES & RETURNS
You have a deadline within fourteen (14) days to
return the product you have in the following cases:
1. For no reason or do not want to use the product
• Shipping costs the buyer
• Money is returned to a bank account
2. In case it concerns your own mistake, such as choosing the wrong type or product or the wrong estimate
• Return shipping costs the buyer
• In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by the
buyer
• No refunds
3. In case of our mistake such as sending the wrong product
• Return shipping costs us
• In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by us
• You can request a refund
4. In case of defective products

c. Refund is accepted upon request
d. In the case of defective products if the
product,
a) does not prove to be defective,
b) it has been established that it has been used;
c) its packaging has been damaged,
is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne
by him.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
1. The return must have been made within 14 days
from the date of receipt
2. Do not belong to the category of non-refundable
items
3. You must have all the necessary documents
(relevant documents and proof of purchase) that we have sent you with the
purchase of the product
4. The product should be in the original excellent
5. The product has not been altered in any
way and has the special tab of their marking
6. The packaging of the product must not be such
that it cannot be repaired.
7. The product should not have dirt, damage,
alterations, injuries
Otherwise the changes & returns will not be
accepted and the product will be sent back at the expense of shipping costs to
the buyer.
ITEMS NOT RETURNED
Pesticides are not refundable due to prescription.
For this reason, especially in pesticides, when ordering, you must be more
careful
MONEY RETURNS
In any case, if the buyer wishes a refund, the
money is deposited in a bank account after deducting any charges such as
shipping costs, costs of any products in partial refund of orders.
Refunds are always made upon receipt of our items
and provided they have been verified to meet the refund criteria.
